The Chilliwack Museum and Archives has launched a unique exhibit in collaboration with the Chilliwack Association for Community Living in celebration of this organization’s 70 year anniversary. 

There was an art competition as part of the event, and I was honoured with he 1st place prize for one of my three submissions, my painting titled Three Monsters (Thank you judges!).

The exhibit is a beautifully curated mix of the history in Chilliwack of fighting for dignity and  inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities, as well as some artworks that celebrates inherent wholeness and resilience. The exhibit runs until June 8 2024. In British Columbia, Canada.
