About The Return Policy:
If you purchased from this website, you are welcome to try out your new art for 30 days risk free and then return it to the artist for a trade or refund should you decide that it won’t suit you, your partner, or your space. It is very important that you love your purchase and feel as though you can enjoy it for years to come!
HOWEVER: if you decide to return your purchase, it MUST be free from damage/alteration of any kind, and either be at my studio or in the mail as soon as your 30 day trial is over. If you do not do this, no refund will be issued. Because artwork can be fragile, it also MUST be properly shipped. It is your responsibility to return it exactly as was sent to you, in original packaging, or to contact the artist for advice before shipping it. Though I take responsibility if your purchase is damaged on the way over to you, I will not accept it when you ship it to me. If the art is damaged extensively and cannot be repaired, no refund will be issued. Though, if the art can be easily repaired, you will still receive a refund, minus a repair fee.
You are responsible for shipping fees on returns unless the item was damaged in transit to you.
We will take back any purchase from this website that arrived to you in a damaged state if you contact the artist within 30 days of your purchase date. If it can be repaired, the artist will repair it for you and ship it free of charge. If it cannot, you will be welcome to return it for a full refund, or exchange it for something else.
We will NOT take back items that were damaged after delivery – but may be able to repair the damage! Please inquire! Minor damage will be repaired for free, more difficult repairs will be charged out.
**if you purchased the art through a gallery, please contact them to inquire about their return policy.
About the Warranty/Repairs:
The product you purchased is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material for 10 years. If you discover a problem within that time, contact the artist to discuss the best solution to the situation, be it repair, exchange, or refund. We mush agree that the problem is a defect in workmanship or material for the artist to take full responsibility for it.
If your artwork has been damaged after coming into your possession, it may still be able to be repaired. Simple repairs are free, but more complex repairs will be charged out. You will be responsible for shipping costs – See Return Policy for important info on shipping.
